Your data, music and privacy

No data sales or AI training

We will not sell, rent or license your personal data or uploaded content to third-party companies for their own use, including advertising, data products or AI training.

We will not use your music, audio, stems, lyrics, artwork, project files, messages or other personal data to train or fine-tune AI models. We do not grant third-party companies permission to use that material for AI training either.

What processing is needed

Running In Progress requires service providers to process information for hosting, storage, payments, email and audio recognition. This processing is for delivering the service, not permission to sell your data or use your content for their own AI training. The Privacy Policy names those providers and explains the information they receive.

Choose who can see your work

Check a Session's visibility before sharing. Public Sessions and public credits can be seen by anyone. Private Sessions use access controls for you and authorized collaborators; providers still host the files, and authorized staff may access information for support or safety. Public availability is not permission to copy your work for AI training.

Review your records

Use profile settings to update your profile and request account deletion, and Settings to manage email preferences. Shared collaboration history and obligations may require review before deletion. You can view community activity in your contribution record.

Ask for help

Contact us about access, correction or deletion. Include the relevant account or Session, but never send passwords or full payment-card details. The Privacy Policy explains retention and disclosures.
